Starters 

Pan fried Scallops wrapped in Parma ham served with chestnut puree and roasted pinenut and plum sauce 

Crab cake served with sweet chili sauce on micro herb salad 

Oven-baked petit brie served with cranberry sauce and croutons 

Slow cooked Pig cheek with grilled apple and apple puree 

Smoked salmon roulade served with melba toast and Salsa Verde  

Mains

Slow cooked turkey roulade stuffed with sage and onion and pine nuts with mini roasted potatoes and all the trimmings  

Confit duck legs served with red cabbage and potato gratin and new forest berry jus  

Mushroom and spinach parcel served with girolle Diana sauce  

Pan fried Red Mullet served with crushed new potatoes, pancetta, baby onion with grilled asparagus and spiced tomato sauce  

8oz sirloin steak or rib eye steak with wild mushrooms, vine tomatoes & chunky chips. Served with a choice of either red wine, blue cheese or peppercorn sauce  

Dessert

Christmas pudding with brandy custard and vanilla ice cream  

Chocolate fondant served with white chocolate brownie ice cream

 

Apple and mandarin crumble with salted caramel ice cream

 

Peaky Blinder raspberry Crème Brule with pistachio biscuits
