Starters
Oak Smoked Salmon, Prawn and Cream Cheese Roulade, served with croutons and micro herb salad.
Grilled Pork Skewer with pineapple, honey glaze and parsnip & apple purée.
Truffle and Mushroom Arancini served with avocado purée, toasted crouton and balsamic glaze (V).
Pan Fried Scallops served with black pudding and cauliflower purée, finished with pine nut jus.
Mains
Slow Cooked Turkey Roulade stuffed with sage, onion, and pine nuts, with mini roasted potatoes and all the trimmings, finished with cranberry jus.
Slow Cooked Confit Duck leg served with gratin and red cabbage, finished with cherry jus.
Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bream served with crushed new potatoes, capers, parsley and lemon & dill sauce
Gnocchi with brussels sprouts, chestnuts, cranberry and goats’ cheese (V).
